At LACHA STUDIO, you can trade in your pre-loved items for store credit, to be used at LACHA STUDIO.
This way, you no longer have to deal with endlessly responding to Vinted messages or taking on-photos. And we can replenish our inventory with unique pre-loved items!
We will freshen up the clothing and sell it to a new happy owner! - Nice and circular!
The Rules
To make the process easier, we have established a set of rules. This way, you can check if your second-hand items qualify for the service and understand how it works exactly.
The clothing must still be in good and sellable condition – if you would still wear it yourself, then YES! If you would prefer not to wear it yourself anymore, then NO!
We only accept branded clothing. Items from Zara/H&M/Primark/NAK-D/Loavies, etc. are not accepted.
We only accept clothing that we believe is still fashionable, timeless, and marketable.
Please deliver the clothing washed. We will then neatly steam it and sell it as a freshly renewed item.
If you are unsure whether a particular item falls under the above rules, please send an email, DM, or message with photos!
Clothing intake is possible during our opening days on THU-FRI-SAT, preferably in the morning.
Want to make sure your clothing is accepted? Then send an email, DM, or message with clear photos to avoid disappointment in the store.
If you have limited time to come by, we can also schedule a video call to assess the items. Always check if the clothing still meets our standards; it saves us both a lot of time :)
During busy periods, you may be asked to come back at another time. Clothing intake is always done on the spot, so we need some time for this.
Your store credit is valid for one year.
We assess the value of the item and determine how much store credit you will receive at the time of intake.
LACHA STUDIO sets the new selling price of the items, taking into account the condition, brand, and market conditions.
Online Pre-Intake
If you're not sure about the items or if you find it too risky to just stop by for intake, you can also do this via Whatsapp. Send us pictures/ videos and a description of your items.
Eventually all items need to be finally evaluated in person, so consider the online intake as a pre-intake.
We will get back to you within 5 workingdays.
