Returns & Policy LACHA IBIZA
RETURN or EXCHANGE
We accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date. The shipping costs for return are for the buyer.
We recommend briefly fitting your item over your underwear and keep the seal in the bikini or swimsuit. Items without seal cannot be accepted for return.
The following requirements are met:

Item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and/or hygiene seal remaining in place.

Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them.
3. On sample items we don't accept returns.
Note: We can not accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

HOW TO RETURN?

Send us an email: holachica@lachaibiza.com, inform us what you would like to return/ exchange and why.

Be sure that your address is not visible on the package anymore*

Put a label with our address on the package:

3. Wrap your return and put it together with a paper with your name, email address and order number in the package. This is important so that we know this return belongs to you.
4. Choose your forwarder. For orders from the Netherlands we recommend PostNL. Don’t forget to keep your shipping receipt/ track and trace number.
5. We aim to refund the amount within 7 working days of receipt.
Note: LACHA can not be held responsible if a return package is lost during shipment.
